What To Expect On Your First Visit

Chiropractic Patients

Initial Patient Paperwork

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment as we require some brief paperwork to be completed prior to your consultation with the chiropractor.  The intake forms can be downloaded off our website and brought with you on your appointment, or completed in our office.

Consultation and Examination

After completing the intake forms the Chiropractic Assistant will take you to the examination room where you will meet with the Doctor.  The Doctor will go over the reasons for your visit and answer any questions you may have.  The Doctor will also perform a physical examination to evaluate your problem and discuss with you the treatments that will be used.  At this time the doctor will also suggest if further tests such as x-rays are needed.  The total process should take approximately 30 minutes.

Massage Patients

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment as we require some brief paperwork to be completed prior to your massage.  The intake form can be downloaded off our website and brought with you on your appointment, or completed in the office. Once the forms are completed, the registered therapist will take you to the massage room, discuss your concerns and begin the massage.
